Condition: This item has been removed from a clean office environment, it is in excellent condition and it is in full working order. 

There is a very faint oval 'shadow' on the screen (see last 2 images), but this is not really visible when the screen is on and you are looking directly at it. It's only really visible at certain angles on dark backgrounds. It does not affect the useability of the laptop at all. 

Windows has been reset to factory settings, ready to set yourself up as a new user. All required drivers have been installed so the laptop is ready to use straight from the box. 

The battery is reported in the BIOS as being in 'Good' condition, and does seem to be holding a decent charge, but please note we cannot offer any guarantees for how long the battery will actually last.

It is supplied with a genuine Dell USB-C charger and UK power cable.
