Condition: This item is new, supplied in the original box with all original accessories. The box has been opened to view the item only. 

There are a couple of barely visible micro scratches on the lid (caused by movement inside the box during shipping), but they are so small & faint they won't show up on camera and you can't see them unless you actively search for them in bright light. They really are miniscule, and probably wouldn't be noticed by the buyer, but we like to be honest about this sort of thing. We have now wrapped the laptop in a poly bag to prevent this from happening further. Apart from this, the laptop is in perfect condition. 

Genuine Dell UK stock, with UK keyboard and charger, sourced from Dell approved UK distribution channels.
